When we returned we hoped that the bluebells would still be looking beautiful. We drove to Kingswood near Ashford in Kent and were not disappointed. They were late flowering this year because usually they are at their best on my Birthday. Bracken also enjoyed them!
Our mad dog and some beautiful bluebells |
As I said, just a short one. Yesterday we went down to the beach at Seasalter and I spent much of my evening trying to take photos of swifts and house martins. Look back soon to see my attempts!
Hi Lou Once again, beautiful Bluebells. I put a shot on today from my garden but it is not a patch on yours. Love ethe wood. Margaret
ReplyDeleteThank you very much :) We were lucky that the sun shone briefly!
DeleteGreat images Lou I was wondering what happened to part two of your trip to the USA.
ReplyDeleteWe used to live in East Grinstead and I miss Bracken (don't get much up here) and the potential discovery of Adders.
Thank you! Part 2 should be on my blog archive with the other parts :)
